We first met Amanda and Roberto over coffee at Peet’s in Livermore. When we met them, we only had a few solo weddings under our belt, but Amanda was ready to hire us. She told us how much she liked our work and how excited she was to have us shoot their wedding. She couldn’t have made us feel more awesome – shouldn’t this work the other way around?!

As a DIY bride, we instantly connected with her desire to have a beautiful wedding with lots of details. Painted hangers, beautiful table decor and flowers made by a family friend!

The immediate and extended family was huge! But there was lots of love. Everyone wanted a picture with the new bride and groom and they graciously took pictures with everyone.

Amanda surprised Roberto with a slideshow and he may or may not have teared up a smidge.

During Amanda’s mom’s speech, she commented that Amanda was the most sensitive, kind hearted of her kids. And I don’t think we would disagree! Congrats, Amanda & Roberto!
