Baby Sophie | Palo Alto, CA

Jeff and Melissa recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl into their (gorgeous!) home. I headed over on a sunny Sunday afternoon to capture some sleepy baby photos of little Sophie. We tried to time it so Sophie would be in peak nap mode. But babies have a mind of their own, and Sunday afternoon was not going to be sleepy nap time for this little one! But Melissa and Jeff were naturals, working as a team to keep Sophie calm and happy – Jeff even strapped her on and took her on a short walk to try and induce some z’s.

And in case you’re wondering, Sophie did finally succumb and let us take a few shots while she napped 🙂
